Our Commitment
When you follow the agreed process, we stand behind our work. If your service includes a written performance guarantee, we commit to delivering the outcomes specified in that agreement—within the stated timeframe and conditions.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty applies only when all of the following are met:
- The warranty is explicitly included in your service agreement
- The agreed budget, setup, and timelines are followed
- Required approvals, assets, and access are provided on time
- The system is implemented as recommended
What Happens If the Warranty Is Not Met
If the guaranteed outcome is not achieved and all conditions have been met, we will honor the warranty as outlined in your agreement.
This may include:
- Continued service at no additional cost
- Optimization and adjustments until the goal is met
- Another resolution explicitly stated in your agreement
- The exact remedy is defined in writing before services begin.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Incomplete implementation or lack of cooperation
- Changes made outside the agreed strategy
- Results beyond what is explicitly guaranteed
Transparency Matters
We do not believe in vague promises or hidden conditions. If a warranty applies to your service, it will be clearly explained before you sign. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you.
